Saturday Rock Show

I was first introduced to Robin Trower's music in high school by a man who gave me the usual spiel about him being a Jimi Hendrix clone. Actually, unlike Hendrix, Trower's playing is spare, his blues the kind of British-white-boy blues one hears from Jimmy Page in his better moments, from Eric Clapton in his more sober moments, and occasionally from Jeff Beck, when he isn't doing Stevie Wonder convers, and thinking he is a jazz guitarist. I also think bassist James Dewar has an awesome voice. Should he come around, this song, "Bridge of Sighs", will most definitely put ER in the mood for a mind-altering substance.
